0042 | Managing Public Criticism
Law enforcement officers are receiving public criticism more and more every day about how they’re doing their jobs. The more we hear, the more we start to wonder how these brave souls keep getting up every morning with enthusiasm and going to work, giving their all to a job that, yesterday, tore them down. This training class discusses some ways officers can care for their mental health and stay strong, resilient, and healthy, despite a world that seems intent on breaking them, and also includes some reminders for officers about why their efforts are valuable.
