Managing Stress: Live Chat Interactive Training Session. Enroll, schedule your training date & time, and spend an hour discussing life, stress management, and tools and tips for coping with it all. Be prepared to interact with your own stress stories. The first hour is the live interactive training session (chat) and the 2nd is a homework assignment that will apply specifically to your own stress situation. Chat sessions are completely 100% confidential and no record of the discussion is kept*.
After enrolling via this enrollment page, you will then be directed to schedule your appointment.
*Employer-provided progressive discipline training sessions are documented and provided to the employer as part of the PD process.
*Exception: A reportable crime is discussed, or if the trainer/coach feels someone's life is in danger.
