OD02 | MCI, Resiliency/Recovery & Post-Action Strategic Debriefing©
Responder resilience depends heavily on how well the responder handled all the incidents and traumas that came before the present one. Learning how to debrief following an incident and work toward continuous strength in physical, mental and emotional health, can make all the difference in how prepared a responder is for the newest need. This training class discusses overall health & well-being, strength, and resilience, and how important it is to maintain these important features. The benefit of debriefing is discussed, using the Post-Action Strategic Debriefing© method. Post-Action Strategic Debriefing© workbook also available as a PDF download, or on this website under "Bookstore," or on Amazon.com.
