Leadership: Executive Thinking for Non-Execs
NOT YET RELEASED - COMING SOON
An executive who has earned the lead role in a workplace usually has a different way of thinking than someone in an employee role. This thinking comes from the need to see the big picture, the long-term goals, and includes a responsibility for the overall success of the company and the team. To think like an executive makes an employee do things differently, and this training session will teach what that thinking is, and how it's beneficial.
