OD009 | Pick a Door: Choose Your Own Training Path
Start at the beginning, with the basics. Choose Door #1 or Door #2, taking control of your training path and the topics you want to be part of your course, as you go. Earn 1-10 credit hours, dependent on what you choose.
Example: We cover the 3 basic types of health. Would you like to then learn more about 1) mental health; 2) emotional health; or 3) physical health? Choose one, and learn. When that video is complete, you're given new choices. Do you want to go back and learn about mental or emotional health, or do you want to get more detail about physical health - choose physical exercise or choose nutrition. ... and so forth... with options including types of Mental Disorders, Anxiety/Stress/Burnout, PTSD, Grief, Managing bullying and criticism, etc.
You have the option of receiving a really thorough, longer training course covering a wide variety of topics, or a very short, brief course learning just what you choose.
